Certificates/ID Cards

You MUST contact our office to request a certificate of insurance or a new ID cards. You can do this by calling, emailing or faxing. You can also email us at Certs@ntiainc.com.

Reporting Claims

Each Insurance ID card will have your insurance carrier’s direct claims reporting number. But if you don’t see it or need this information, please contact our agency. We will have the number to provide you with.

We ask our insured’s to contact their insurance carrier to report all claims immediately, no matter how big or small.

Besides basic information the insurance carrier will ask for location, description of accident, police report number, other parties information, witness information and photo’s. It’s important to try and obtain witness information as well as photo’s to documents the damage.

Free quotes are provided by our agency. Please allow our agency time to process the quotes as we work with several insurance carriers. Providing loss runs and driving records are an important key to the quoting process. Providing this information in a timely manner will result in a quicker turnaround time frame for quotes.
